We had purchased a coffee table with a gas fire pit from Moda in 2021 which stopped working properly. I contacted Moda in the expectation that the warranties would cover this, only to find the company had filed for bankruptcy and was trading under new ownership. Despite this their service agent (Tubby) was extremely helpful and after I had identified the faulty parts helped me to place an order to get replacements. I was very impressed by his help.

Sana was very helpful, I had a problem with two missing cushions from my order and she was incredibly efficient and rang me back with a solution very promptly
