I have just received my Salone 1D garden furniture. I am so pleased with it . And so pleased with everything from ordering online, asking questions on the web chat, and speaking to Georgina on the telephone for more advise, to the prompt delivery service and the helpful delivery men. i would not hesitate to order from Moda again .

Ledbury corner sofa set

Just ordered a Ledbury corner sofa set . Great service from Ola at the Manchester centre . I phoned her twice with lots of questions.She was informative, helpful and I felt honest and straightforward about delivery times . We didn’t want to pay upfront for an expensive item then find it was stuck in Vietnam where it’s made or the Red Sea for weeks on end . Bit concerned about buying an item not yet in stock but we shall see

I’ve been visiting Chelmsford showroom…

I’ve been visiting Chelmsford showroom for some time and I didn’t realise that the Traeger line of wood fired grills would be discontinued as I spoke to Lisa about having the display unit and we quickly came to a deal. So now I have a Traeger and looking forward to summer.

Positive Moves ......

We purchased £5K+ of outdoor furniture in May 2020 at a premium price based on a number of factors including the "7 year guarantee" which was strongly reinforced by the Moda sales and delivery team. In March 2022 we approached Moda as the internal covers on our cushions had disintegrated and were told that cushions were excluded from the guarantee. The T&Cs had been updated after our purchase and the guarantee now only covers the frame and weave. No surprise the company went into liquidation in 2023 and is now trading under new ownership. Moda has since been in touch and have offered to replace the covers with all of the stock they have left. They've done this despite the fact that they have no obligation to do so as the company is operating under new ownership and has no obligations regarding previous guarantees. A very positive gesture which is very much appreciated !!

CHELMSFORD showroom

We drove to the CHELMSFORD showroom to have a look at different ranges and ask all the questions before make a decision. We have spoken to Claire who answered all our questions, showed us around, explained lots of options we can go for. It was a lovely experience and it will definitely help us to choose our outdoor furniture.

Top Man Wado

We were very impressed with the showroom and the way we were greeted by Wado. A really pleasant, knowledgeable and friendly young man. We had recently bought from the Talia range online and needed some accessories. Wado helped us find the items and subsequently ordered them in store. I would highly recommend the store and showroom to anyone wishing to purchase outdoor furniture. Having said that, the indoor furniture looked just as impressive.

By having good communication with others

By having good communication with other department such as the delivery warehouse. l placed an order on 28th December l have had three delivery vans turn up at my address without my furniture on the van. Two in one week 9th and 12th Jan and on the third visit furniture delivered but l had damage and had to request it changed. Guess what happened when they came to exchange my chair the van turned up on the 9th Feb with no chair on the van. l am still waiting for the exchange fingers crossed it will happen soon.
