On the whole, buying from this store was a very pleasant experience. We dealt mainly with Anthi and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Communication was excellent. Thank you. Our furniture arrived as planned and we are very pleased with it. We just need some sunshine now! Our only disappointment was initially, when both my husband and I tried the online chat line which wasn’t working. However, all in all, would recommend.

Despite being a little disappointed with the outdoor furniture on display (only as we didn’t know the store had a winter/summer layout with us missing the summer layout by one weekend!!) we were very happy with our visit and purchased a lovely garden set. Wado was incredibly helpful and made sure we knew the best was to get what we were looking for. He managed to hit that perfect balance between being there to answer questions and leaving us alone to chat and browse. It isn’t possible to fit all their ranges into the showroom so from our experience you might need to have a little imagination. However we will be popping back once the new layout is in to double check our order so will update the review if this changes!

My wife and I visited the store at the weekend so we could look at examples of the garden furniture as opposed to just looking online and we were met by sales assistant Wado who was very polite and helpful answering our questions. He made us very welcome, making us a coffee (and a Biscoff !!) and left us alone with no sales pressure to buy and offered us a great deal to purchase the line of furniture we chose. The quality was very good and comfy to sit on, with a great modern look. He talked us through everything we needed to know and we were very comfortable placing an order with him. The store is very good with excellent examples of a good range of the furniture they offer online, it is clean and very well laid out. We would definitely recommend a visit to at least have a look around, so much better than just looking online. Thank you Wado :)

Some of my old Moda rattan had split and the old company had gone into administration. These things happen and we'd all hope that the new company doesn't go the same way but there's no reason to suppose it will. However, getting some replacements was very easy by the super helpful Wado at the Manchester showroom. Full marks Wado

Wado is a lovely bloke and the showroom was a pleasure to visit - good furniture keenly priced; they deserve to do well.

My wife and I called into their Trafford M/C store recently.What a lovely experience we had,we were greeted by Wado who offered us a cup of coffee and showed us around then allowed us time to look around for ourselves with no pressure to buy.(All shopping should be like this).Wado was extremely polite,helpful and very knowledgeably on the products.Even pointing out various seating options we could use.Thoroughly recommend a visit here.

Furniture of a very high standard very good quality the sales and after sales service is excellent went out of their way to help exceptional

Company went in to administration and then just wash their hands of any after care for those who spent thousands of pounds with them even though they are still trading with the same name and products. So bad. Had to spend more money with them replacing a cover with didn’t last 2 years before falling apart just so I can protect my damaged sofa set they refuse to help me with. Do not spend your money with this company, they do not care!
