The showroom was well presented and all staff friendly. Wado was so helpful. He listened to what we wanted and showed us different options. He also advised us on which products wouldn’t be as suitable when we told him our needs. He was on hand when we wanted him to be and stepped away to give us an opportunity to discuss and decide between ourselves. We are really pleased with the furniture we chose and looking forward to delivery next week.

I had a dilemma between 2 sofa sets I loved so spoke with Wado in customer services and he was amazingly helpful and so funny. Probably one of the nicest customer service agents I have come across in a long time. He explained the firepit table came with metal plates so did not need to always be in use or present. He helped me decide my ultimate choice so really looking forward to receiving this

I’d give 0 stars if an option. Company went bust so all warranty issue now voided. Awful customer care dept. Avoid at all costs. Lovely furniture but doesn’t last and perishes quickly. Company still using Moda name after being taken over.

We spoke to Claire a few weekends ago as we were looking for a replacement outside sofa. Claire was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was instrumental in us eventually purchasing two sofas. She was transparent, honest and candid about the company which was very refreshing. The sofas were delivered on time and the delivery people went above and beyond in ensuring that they fitted in our garage ok, before we unpacked them. Overall a very positive experience from start to finish.
