A big thank you to Wado for all your help. Your guidance and advice in helping me to select my new garden furniture was invaluable. It is rare these days to have such outstanding customer service.

Having previously bought a large garden set from Moda, which has been perfect, we bought the large storage box to store the cushions this week. Unfortunately, on opening, there was damage to one of the panels and 10 bolts were missing. Within 24 hours of reporting the damage, Lisa in Customer Services has arranged for a complete new box to be sent and the damaged box to be picked up. Customer Services at its best! Thank you Lisa and all the Moda team (including the great delivery driver who had set off from Birmingham at 03:30 to deliver to Norfolk at 07:30).

My wife and I looked extensively at various outdoor furniture companies and settled on Moda because their furniture is of a very high quality. The sales staff were very professional, letting us have a good look around with no pressure. They took the time to advise us on configurations and were quite willing to give us prices on all. We finally ordered the Belvedere due to it's comfort and size and it arrived at the end of December a few weeks late but understandable for the time of year. We organised for Christmas and a long holiday in January and it wasn't until I unpacked and assembled everything at the end of February that I noticed the Parasol cover was missing. I contacted Moda customer services and explained the situation, they checked and informed me everything had been dispatched and the carrier said all had been delivered. Lisa (MCS) also advised me of the companies terms regarding missing items which I totally agreed with, however she understood my position and organised delivery of a Parasol cover for the next week. We are very pleased with the furniture and the fixings were of high quality too.I cannot recommend Moda highly enough, they have been very good with communication and more than helpful with after sales service. Eleven out of ten.

Really excellent experience with Moda and the team at the Manchester show room (Megane and Wado)… we’d travelled a long way and they offered us refreshments straight away. They helped explain the range and dimensions and if they were unsure on some of our questions they found out the answers. We bought a lot of furniture from them and gave us a discount, and now we await our delivery. Overall a superb service with some high quality products in a lovely show room. Thank you team Moda Manchester!!

Excellent service from Wado who was helpful without being pushy. He gave us advice on furnishings and also some new ideas on preventing cushions from slipping. He also showed us different models in a mix and match way and enabled us to choose the right furniture for our needs. It was thanks to Wado we made our purchase.

Super piece of furniture at a much better price than at other retailers. However please note the delivery times were much slower than stated. This was not a big issue for us, but please be aware. Customer service staff were excellent though!

We found the perfect, designer, black aluminium garden furniture and together with the helpful advice from Wado, we were able to purchase everything under one roof. Superb showroom! Thank you again Wado...
