Despite their long trip down from Manchester to Luton, they were really cheerful and provided great customer service. 😍

Although our delivery was delayed for a couple of days - a platinum (build) service was offered for free as goodwill. Absolutely superb service by Sam C and Edward T. Highly recommend!

Our first order from MODA, an Eton 4 seater Dining Set, arrived at 8.00am today, delivered by the courteous and helpful delivery team of John and Rob who messaged us 30 minutes earlier to confirm their ETA having left their Manchester base at an impressive 3.30am to ensure they started deliveries in Essex on time. The order was complete. The furniture was well packed, appeared to be in good order, the table was easy to assemble; and the set compliments our new patio.

Was the 2nd cover that I have had to buy as this company supposedly went into administration, even though all the phone numbers, websites are exactly the same.
