We bought from the company due to its 7 year guarantee, however when I claimed on this due to sun damage to the rattan after 2 years I was told they now operate under a different name and will not honor it. Avoid buying from this company as the sets do not last and they will not honor their guarantees.

I have taken delivery of some more today Ryan and Mark kept me informed of when they were arriving and quickly unloaded and checked off my purchases and popped them into my garage. Timing is everything. We purchased our patio set just after the sale of the company. The goods were delivered on time within 10 days, well packaged and expertly arranged on my patio by Sam C and Hassan. After a rain delayed opening of the boxes I couldn't be more pleased with the quality.

Bought a Ledbury outdoor furniture set a couple of years ago. Recently, we’ve had the rattan snap underneath the glass of the table. Having contacted Moda for their apparent 7 year warranty, I received a reply to my email stating that all warranty claims would be unfulfilled because they’re now operating under a different name! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
