Amazing delivery service. These guys were so friendly, professional and informative about the products we purchased. Sam C and Azhar Hon were brilliant. Very happy we purchased from Moda.

Mark&Mo from Moda were very accommodating as boxes did not fit through doors. So they removed from packaging to get 2 single chairs in the conservatory. Done as a favour by the way but unfortunately the 3 seater is still left in porch side access as not going anywhere. Still to be negotiated. Fingers crossed it will move.

Item delivered quickly. Excellent communication to arrange the delivery and Mark called ahead to let me know he was on the way which was greatly appreciated. Very pleased.

Great purchase. We managed to get a very good deal in sales period and we got what we wanted. Customer service at Chelmsford store was great. The delivery guys, Mark and Hassan, were very helpful, did deliver the garden furniture on time and they dropped the set in my garden, very well done guys.

Mark and Mo turned up this morning with our new furniture. With big smiles they were very polite and professional. All the furniture was unboxed and placed in our garden with no problems at all. Received our delivery today from Moda delivered by the very friendly Sam C & Azhar Hon. The 2 guys went through the paperwork and double checked I was happy I had everything and carried and placed the boxes to a convenient place for me . The furniture itself seems to be very good quality and well made . The packaging was good and nothing was damaged. Moda kept us informed about the delivery day ( which actually ended up being a week earlier than originally planned !! , by arrangement with us of course ) and the delivery guys were in contact on the day by phone. All in all we are very satisfied with our first purchase from Moda and would buy from them again . Gerry & Pat

Rob and Faisal delivered my furniture this morning. Couldnt have asked for a cple of nicer guys. They were professional polite friendly and accomodating as i had to do a school run and it was no problem for them to wait for me to return. I highly recommend this company and find their products last a long time. The garden furniture i bought in 2017 is still going strong

Mark and Mo furniture delivery, timely arrival, respectful of homeowners property area was left tidy all packaging removed. Everything was set up for us. Well done
