Great service from Mark S and Omar. Received a text in the morning with a 3 hour time window, then a phone call with the time they would arrive. We’re not easy to find as on a new development but Mark and Omar were on time, friendly and polite. They left the furniture exactly were I requested and explained how to unwrap and put the table together. Excellent service from Moda delivery team, would definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please read their negative reviews, as soon as a negative review exposing the truth is posted they cover it up by bombarding this page with fake 5 star reviews to bump them down to the bottom. If you read the date of their experiences after their review of how great mark and Ryan are most of them are the same date. Unless ‘Mark and Ryan’ can be in 3 places at once it doesn’t take a genius to expose their reviews are self written. I’m disappointed in Trustpilot for allowing them to do this

I had my furniture delivered and assembled by Sam C and Kelvin S using the platinum service. They did a great job, answered all the questions that I had and ensured that everything was left neat and tidy. Top notch service - thank you guys.

April 2020 we purchased an 8 seat dining table and chairs, it cost £2,500, the description said it was treated for all weather conditions hot and cold. We were told we had a 7 year warranty. We covered the table each winter and this year when we removed the cover, the rattan was split and broken and there were large gaps throughout the table. When we called to ask what could be done as we are still under warranty, we were told the company went into administration in July 23 and therefore the warranty was no longer valid. BEWARE, their furniture is not good quality and does not last more than a couple of years. The new company that purchased the business did not honour previous customer contracts, so I can only think they do not care about customer service.

Mark S and Hassan from Moda Furnishings phoned me in advance to say they were on the way. They were polite and helpful and did a great job at putting it all together, thank you.

Do not use this company. Invested in furniture to last us but three years in like other reviews it’s falling apart. The seven year warranty is void as the company went into administration in July 2023. Avoid at all costs.
