Typical dodgy company, sell sell sell, then when warranty issues arise, fold the company and leave everyone high and dry. Buy from these guys with your eyes wide open. You have been warned

Well we bought our day bed March 2022, can’t fault anything about it up til today when I noticed the rattan had split in the corner. Not to worry it’s got a 7 year guarantee I thought. I phoned up to see how to go about getting it fixed when I was told that the guarantee on any furniture bought prior to July 2023 would not be honoured by the new company that had saved Moda . I was completely shocked by this. I am awaiting a response to my email to their customer service

I ordered this furniture primarily because of the sale prices and after doing so read some negative reviews; naturally I was a little worried but I needn’t have been. They kept me informed of delivery by email and also text from the delivery team. 8 days from order to delivery and a couple of hours to put together, as I did it on my own but if there’s 2 people then a lot quicker I’d say. The delivery team, Mark and Ryan were great. They text to say exactly when they would be with me and they were right on time if not a little earlier than stated. They took the furniture straight to where I asked in the garden with no problem. I ordered the Ellis corner sofa and coffee table and the quality is amazing. Based on my own experience I would highly recommend this company.

Delivered at time stated, kept informed and got a 30 min warning all put together both Mark and Ryan very helpful with advice and instructions and took all the rubbish away. Excellent service
