Mark and Ryan were brilliant . Text me on morning of delivery to confirm approx time of arrival . They were on time , very professional and tidy workers . One panel was scratched which they pointed out to me and they took photos and reported immediately . They kept me informed of procedure for replacement of panel .

Rob and Daz provided an excellent delivery service putting the items where I requested and giving advice on what was required to easily assemble them

The two chaps ( Mark & Ryan ) who delivered our furniture were very helpful and nothing was to much trouble. Many thanks gents.

Excellent service from Wado. Gave us space to view the show room in our own time. Was very helpful and gave lots of information to help us make decisions. Then looked after my two children by giving them biscuits and drinks whilst we finalised the details. Thanks so much Would recommend

He explained the ordering and payment system and we were sorted efficiently and effectively. The prices I feel cannot be beaten. I can thoroughly recommend Moda. Looking forward to the arrival of my garden furniture.

My wife Elaine and I visited the Cheltenham branch on Saturday, we we out for a cycle ride so we were in our riding kit and was only looking at that point, we were made very welcome by Robbie who was very helpful and knew his products . We ended up buying 2 sunloungers with table and parasol, the 8 seater table and chairs with a parasol and 2 seater sofa and 2 chairs with a table all matching. We couldn’t be more happier with the service and experience given by Robbie and later by Ryan 👍

We bought a Moda suite in March 2023, delivered May '23. Discovered a faulty chair June '23 that they had agreed to replace. Two days prior to delivery of the faulty replacement chair we received a phone call to cancel and advise they had gone into administration. No replacement chair despite the suite being one month old! We are now taking Legal advice. But please BEWARE in case this happens again with this Company. Its a costly lesson to learn.

Mark S and Omar the delivery guys were professional, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The furniture is lovely but the rattan sofas are not as good quality as I was expecting. Seat cushions quite hard too. Hopefully these will soften up over time. Paid half price and thought I was getting a good deal but think what I paid is about right. The patio heater is pretty useless if you're not sat right underneath it. We use it as a light instead. 14 days for delivery rather than the 3-10 as advertised. Overall im happy with my purchase but I wouldnt pay anywhere near full price.
