I was told I was getting a cheaper price then what I found myself. After talking to someone for 10 mins it gets booked. 20 minutes later I get an text saying the price increased by $500, and was told I should book now to be sure it wouldn't increase again. F****** AWFUL. DONT EVER USE THIS SITE Then they reached out to say sorry but prices fluctuate...They increase by $500 in the matter of minutes???? That's funny because I bought the same ticket on MYTRIP.com(I highly suggest and will use again) for the original price. Websites like OVAGO use your location and see where you're looking to fly to and from, then they UP the price of that specific flight just for you. No joke. Look it up. It happens all the time with websites like Ovago. Next time you're on a flight just ask the person next to you how much they paid for their ticket LOLOLOL. The disparity in price is huge sometimes just because of how much the websites like 'OVAGO' can get away with charging you. Continually change your VPN is my best advice. And NEVER use OVAGO.com. Hope this helps anyone trying to travel and not get screwed over by websites like Ovago.

I was having a very hard time booking flights through Frontier and other travel websites. I finally found Ovago through the Kayak app and started a chat with Cara to book my flight. I worked with her to select the flights I wanted and she kept me updated in the very early morning to make sure I was ok with the price and times of the flights. I really didn’t expect to hear much from her after our chat ended but she answered all my questions and helped me choose my seats, enter my KTN, etc. I can’t give Cara high enough praise for the hard work she put in to help me book my flight. Started having trouble with OVAGO from the very start. Booked a flight to SE Asia and everything was fine or so they said. Went to the various airlines to select all the seats for the flight. EVA Airlines charged 400 dollars just to pick seats. OVAGO failed to confirm some of the flights and will not fix their GLITCH to this very day. We still do not have confirmed flights even though we paid for them 2 months ago. Supposed to fly out in 11 days and I don't think it will happen. I would request a full refund but do not believe they would honor the request even though this mess is their fault.

It was great to have this booking with Ovago and Kalyan was great help in getting this process quicker and smoother. Will surely come again and refer to my friends about Ovago and Kalya. Thank you so much!

I was looking for good option flights at reasonable prices with some very specific requests on layovers. Mindy, did a wonderful job finding the best deal ever on my flights! She took the time and went through a couple of iterations making sure all my needs were met. I am extremely impressed by Mindy's professionalism, friendliness and awesome service! Way to go Mindy!

I found them through skyscanner. For the longest time, I thought it was a spam site. However, I could not have asked for better service. My agent, Cornelius saved me about $500 to my trip to Bali and then helped me book extra legroom seats with the savings! I couldn't have found better service even if i was looking for it.

Wow I just booked a flight through Ovago expecting it to be a low service, third party booking engine. More like a travel agent of old! They rang me within an hour to update me that the flight I booked wasn't available but they'd found another for the same flight. She then double checked if there was a cheaper option because of the shift of airports in the layover. Both options were sent via email while she was on the phone to me. I did pay the $14 extra for fast customer service but this was definitely above and beyond.

Enzo was absolutely amazing. He spent almost 30 minutes helping me, just to have me change my mind, which I'm sincerely apologize for that. He is definitely a keeper and knows his job really well. Thank you.
