I bought a first class at $2.5k which was a false listing on their website so they offered to refund me and everyone who bought these tickets. It’s been 4 weeks and there was no refund. When I called / emailed them about this, they were adamant the refund was made which then later they apologized and said it was a accounting error and the refund was not processed and will require another 3 weeks . Can’t help but think they have lost my money and figuring out how to get it back. Super fishy, I’m never buying a ticket via this service again.
