BEWARE! We used OVAGO to book round trip tickets from MSP to New Zealand. I noticed that they had the capacity to do this, whereas other companies only did domestic flight arrangements. I neglected to read reviews, much to my regret. Despite having what looked like legitimate flights, I was unable to check in to United the day before departure. I finally called United, only to find that I was NOT booked for that flight – they had no record of the 2 of us on any flights to Houston. Yes, OVAGO said that had all the right information, a conf. #, a flight number, etc. but it was all bogus and we had no flight to get to Houston and on to New Zealand. Further, in their response to me and to this reply they repeatedly state that all looked good "on their end" - since I actually called United, that shows that they even use bogus systems. Anyway, back to the story - the day before departure as we found that we didn't actually have a flight with United, we had to book a horrendously expensive Delta flight to get to Houston. Ovago just says that we missed our United flight and won’t reimburse us. This is not true, we booked on Delta and got to Houston early morning and were just waiting for our evening Air New Zealand flight to see if we were even booked on that flight. DO NOT USE OVAGO TO BOOK ANY FLIGHTS – WHAT YOU SEE ON PAPER IS NOT REAL. GO DIRECT TO THE AIRLINES!! I WISH I HAD SEEN REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM!

Anita was our advisor, and she was the best chat person I could have ever been helped by. I never usually click on the chat bots for discounts EVER, but Anita helped me get travel insurance on my flight that I would not have gotten otherwise. I strongly suggest using the chat box before you book, and request Anita because she will make sure your flight is the best available and well protected.

Ovago provides you the airline reference number right away, only charges you when confirmation is final. (Unlike a certain competitor named after an Australian bird that takes your money and fails to book.)

I just booked an international flight with Josie. It was very seamless and quick. She offered me the discount and I booked. Within 10 mins I was emailed with an e-ticket and my booking information. I used that information to login to the airline website and all my flight info was there. I was a bit skeptical at first but it all seems legit to me.
