Terrible. Will never use again. Took 2 hours on the phone to tell me they cannot help. I wish I just booked directly with the airline. Ovago is a worse than useless intermediary.

My travel plans have been altered due to the cancellation of my original flight due to Hurricane Ian. In a time where frustration runs high, Amber has done everything she can to help me out and get me to my destination in a timely manner. She was sympathetic and understanding and made me feel as if the hope to get me to my destination by the date I need possible. Thank you so much Amber for assisting me when I am feeling quite upset about this all.
