There was some technical glitch from their end but I was flawlessly helped by Cesar on the chat help and everything was smooth from thereon. A great experience, will definitely recommend!

Wish I could give less than one star. We found out 5 hours ago that one of the flights for someone traveling wither is screwed up and we are supposed to leave in 15 hours. Can’t get anyone from Ovago to answer our call, chatted with Jerrica for 4 hours straight. Multiple times BEGGED for some to call us to give us peace of mind… but NO… it is 11 PM and we are for the third time in 4 hours that someone will call us in a few hours. Do not use this company !

Xander was super-helpful in finding me some surprisingly great discounts on flights from NYC to Phuket, Thailand, using my ability to log airlines for the flight. Very fast to respond, but also asked brilliant, on-point questions to sort me out. I will do this again with Ovago after this really good experience.
