ADKOS and Mr. Coles were very helpful in shipping my son's vehicle from DMV to Alaska. Mr. Coles kept in contact and updated me of any changes. Shipping to Alaska is a task in itself and grateful for the hands on approach. My son's vehicle was delivered before the due date and he's back on the road.

Carville Webb with Alabama based ADKOS storage and transportation service, provided the most outstanding customer service during a difficult time for our family. I needed to take our vehicle out of storage earlier than we had planned and when I spoke with Mr. Webb regarding our situation he said absolutely now problem and would meet me at the airport to drop the car off with me. I sent him my flight information which would have put me at the airport at a reasonable time mid afternoon. Do to the challenges the airline industry is having I had to reschedule my meeting time for 1130pm. With only a few hours notice. He said “Roger that” and he would there. Once I finally arrived in Alabama he was waiting in baggage claim, greeted me with a smile, handshake and asked if things were ok. His positive energy and compassionate demeanor were greatly appreciated! We walk out to the car which was exactly how I left it with him 6 months earlier. He even had the parking ticket ready and with 2 signatures, I thanked him for his outstanding customer service! I had a 3 hour drive back to Florida and had some trepidation about the vehicle after being in storage for that length of time. It ran beautiful. The trust and care they take of their customers vehicles goes above and beyond any service you will find. Dedicated to taking care of our military community is an added sense of comfort. I 100% recommend this company! I cannot express how satisfied I am from start to finish, this company has given me a 5-star experience. To start off, I was completely new to the whole car shipping game, researching many different companies, looking at reviews, and receiving many different quotes It all seemed intimidating and confusing. While still unsure about what company to go with, I came across Adkos. Initially, I was unsure about this company, but soon I realized this was a genuine company that didn't only care about making money, but wanted to ensure I had a smooth and stress-free car shipping experience. One example of what made my experience outstanding was the customer service/communication. Before I found Adkos, I had already agreed to have my car moved using a different company. But to my surprise, they were still concerned about the moving of my car because of their experience with other companies being deceitful or in other words scams. They communicated to me the red flags in companies that are not legit as well as what to look for in an authentic business. To me, that made me feel very comfortable. So a few days passed and my representative reached out to me to check on the status of my car. Not to their surprise, they explained that the way my car was listed on a general board, it is not likely for it to be picked up in the time frame I had wanted. So they gave me a few options on what I should do and let me think about it. In the end, I chose Adkos because they layed out a game plan of getting my car shipped along with going above and beyond by offering a plan B! One thing I will probably never forget and honestly what made me write this review is the fact that immediately following my switch, they were able to find me a carrier the next day! From then on it was smooth sailing, I was able to get my car picked up and my car arrived one day early as well! From start to finish Adkos made my experience marvelous, from their excellent communication to their end result, Adkos is the company you are looking for!

ADKOS Transport responded within minutes to our request for an estimate to move a car from Maryland to California. We felt it was a competitive price. After we gave them the details, Maria made suggestion and arranged everything, just had to give dates and locations. Pickup and delivery times were within reason. Not exact but only because of circumstances beyond the driver’s control. Maria kept in contact with us and the driver throughout the time frame. I would definitely recommend this company and I would hire them again. Thank you to both Maria and the driver.

Our experience was first rate. We were kept informed all the way. The driver let us know when he left LA before heading to Las Vegas. When he showed up he was courteous, friendly and very professional. It was fast, easy and painless. It was definitely a better option than going to Long Beach to pick up the car ourselves and then driving it back to Vegas. We already have another car coming with ADKOS.
