Everything went smoothly. The only problem was the contract stated that we could ship a box in the trunk with 100 lbs. We should have been informed by our agent that because we were shipping the car to Hawaii, it was not allowed. We were not informed of this. Once the car got to the port, we were informed that the box had to be disposed of. Our box has disappeared with several hundred dollars worth of our belongings.

They not only took care of my car beyond any standard, they also made me feel safe with leaving my car with them to the point that at no point in time while gone did I ever worry. ADKOS was amazing!! First time doing something like this. I had a car to pick up at Cape Cod, Mass to be brought to Virginia. Alain Oller guided me every step of the way and was there if I had any questions at all and I did. My car was picked up on a Monday and I had it by Thursday morning in perfect condition!! I would highly recommend this company!!!

Excellent service. My Tesla was transported from Pennsylvania to Arizona in 4 days, earlier than expected. Very satisfied with the process and professionalism. I picked ADKOS not because it was the cheapest (it wasn’t), but based on reviews. The service was, indeed, top notch. The only thing that keeps me from giving five stars is a big issue with the first company they went with to move my cars. Its Yelp reviews were atrocious and I soon discovered why. The driver (who sounded Russian and for whom English was at least a fifth language), kept changing pickup times until ultimately suggesting 4 a.m. on the day we were flying. A call to Carville, the ADKOS VP, led to that outfit being dumped. ADKOS then used a company based 10 minutes from my house, which picked up my keys from a neighbor, stayed in daily text contact with me, and arrived exactly on schedule with the cars in fine condition. Had we started with them this would be five stars. Let’s say 4 1/2. Kudos to Carville for taking charge and righting the ship. Kristen was also very helpful.

Had to get my son his pick up truck from N.J to Maxwell A.F.B in Montgomery Alabama. Yes,I am a proud Dad of my Airmen 1C Son. Since ADKOS is recommended by the U.S Military to transport vehicles, it became an easy decision. The process couldn't of been any easier or more professional. They picked up very quickly, and everystep is very well communicated start to finish,including my son in Alabama who said the delivery was right on time and "smooth as silk".
