We received communication from Don on what date our car would be arriving and told us what to expect with it’s shipment. The car was going to arrive a lot earlier than expected and he helped us chose a delivery date to insure that we were able to receive it at our location. The car transport driver was also great since he called a few hours before he was arriving with our car. The car was in great shape when we got it.

ADKOS took care of my two vehicles for over two years. Throughout the process George was always in communication over any small issues that came up during their periodic test drives. When we received our cars after the storage period, they were both cleaned, gassed up and good to go. After accidentally mailing our registration to the storage facility during renewal, George flagged the documentation and mailed it back to my house without any fuss. I would highly recommend them.

The driver was polite; kept us informed on the time of the pick-up and the drop-off. He had a problem with his truck and he kept us informed about that repair -- it resulted in a one-day delay in drop off.

I stored my vehicle with ADKOS while I lived overseas for nearly two years. The company was incredible and provided me with a monthly update via email. I never had to worry about the condition of my vehicle and had peace of mind while I was abroad. Additionally, Ryan was extremely kind and flexible with vehicle pick up / delivery. He picked up my vehicle right away and delivered it at the end of June so I would avoid a prorated storage rate for July. If I move overseas again and are in need of long term vehicle storage, I will definitely use ADKOS again.

ADKOS vehicles service is top of the line service from the moment they picked up our car to the delivery. When we received our vehicle it was in the same condition it was picked up. ADKOS CEO and customer service department worked diligently to get our vehicle delivered prior to our arrival back to the US from an over seas tour of 3 1/2 years. Would strongly recommend and would give higher rating if it was available.
