I originally wanted the sealant for our Henderson door to arrive in Wick, Caithness. The excessive postage meant ordering it to be deliverd to Lasswade, Midlothian was much cheaper. The accompanying paperwork identified the cheaper postage charge as "mainland". Wick is on the mainland!!!

Great and quick service

products stated that would be delivered in 6 days on there website. once I got the confirmation this was over 4 weeks. so I cancelled the order. had refund email straight away but no refund was made. In the end i had to contact paypay to refund! which took over 3 weeks to complete I would recommend to not use these direct - use screwfix!

Despite the problems caused by the pandemic to your supply chain, I thank you for the honest answers given to my phone calls. And, when I received confirmation date and time of delivery - it was spot on! I hasten to say, that a later delivery date would not have been a problem. The Single Runner is excellent, I have yet to fit it. Thank you for great service.

Bifold door rail working well after some installation problems. I watched the installation video but it wasn't clear that the black top runner went under the slot which seemed counterintuitive. Contacted the help desk and they were really helpful. Now working well.

Terrible communication had to chase up the order. Could have bought the components through a merchant and saved 30% but thought the delivery time would be much quicker ordering direct. It wasn't.
