I found it very confusing how to order the type of runners that we needed for a three door system

I contacted the company by email 3 times followed by a phone call a week later to request an alternative part after 1 I received was warped and unable to be fitted. 2 weeks later and I am still waiting to hear if it is being sent out. I am disappointed with the customer service for what I believe to be an overpriced product.

first time have ordered direct from pc henderson via web site was very easy site to use goods arrived in good packaging and when they said on delivery time limit will use again
