I ordered pocket door a week ago, next day delivery. After a week i contacted them and i was simply informed that it is out of stock and maybe i will get it in a month. Joke!!! no respect to clients.

Took over 2 weeks to get a few spare rollers and a couple of door stops. Had to source from Howden’s in the meantime so my joiners weren’t held up. Chasing the delivery by phone was like calling the Marie Celeste - it seemed that no one was there. Website should not mention Next Day Delivery because It’s not available.
