I’d never heard of BuysBest before, so I came here to check them out before ordering. Their prices were vastly better than all the others so I was a little bit dubious. I ordered a few items for my kids including electric toothbrushes and toys but immediately realised I’d made a mistake with my order. I got in touch with customer service, not expecting much, and understanding that it was completely my own fault. However, they got back to me quickly and said they would do what they could. They went out of their way to contact the courier and everything was delivered really quickly. Items are perfect and I’m so impressed with their willingness to get involved and help when it really wasn’t their responsibility. Great company, will definitely use again.

Thought I would post a review on here as I came on trustpilot before ordering, and saw that there were mixed reviews. It seems the low stars are usually fan heater orders, so maybe there is a stock issue for those?! I ordered 2 oral b electric Toothbrushes on Saturday afternoon, and they were delivered on Tuesday morning! Super fast shipping and both as described. So I can't fault my experience and will definitely use the company again.

Found this company on Google suggestions as I no longer want to support Amazon. The kettle I bought was cheaper than anywhere else and they made such an effort to package the item off immediately to me! Their headquarters are in London I believe and I am in Edinburgh. I received the parcel the next day in the afternoon. It works perfectly too. Will happily support smaller businesses like this again rather than Evil Amazon! Thank you again! 🤗

Great Price

Completely Dodge Ordered a heater on express delivery as our boiler packed in. Waited 4 days, then contacted them. Was told it was out for delivery, but no tracking no...I asked them to contact the courier, they said they couldn't, then they said it must be lost and they would send another, then said none in stock. This was all with a 5 min conversation. So still no heat in our home but we have received a refund
