Purchase was easy and I was kept up to date with the progress of the order. They dispatched the item really quickly. The only blemish was with the delivery company Evri who having said they would deliver between 6pm and 8pm actually attempted delivery around 1pm and the left it on the doorstep which is never a good idea but particularly poor at Christmas

When I phoned to ask about the progress of my order I was told that it had been lost by the courier and that a refund had already been processed. I doubted the truth of both statements (and I still doubt them) because (a) I had not received the despatch notification promised in the order confirmation email and (b) I had not heard anything from Paypal. When I gave them a deadline after which I would initiate a Paypal dispute they refunded. What a waste of time.
