Bought a Phillips fryer from eBay from best buys. Had issue, never delivered. EBay and Hermes no help. Rang best buys instantly told me item lost in transit, immediately got a refund back on my PayPal. She kindly checked see if another item was in stock. I’ve purchased yesterday the new design Phillips air fryer directly from best buys. I’m waiting for a confirmation email. But feel confident that if there’s an issue, they will sort it for me.

Russell Hobbs Food Collection Carving Knife 120 W – White Bought on nostalgia, remember mother using one. I forgot how good it actually is. Great for slicing cooked meats, especially roasts. Able to cut wafer thin or how you like it.. It was like putting a knife through butter. Also used for cheese slices and bought my own ham and baked and sliced. Million times better than shop bought. Can’t fault service at all from ordering to delivery. Ordering was swift and painless and kept up to date from order processing, right up until it was delivered. Delivered timely and really pleased overall. Recommend

Ordered Saturday afternoon delivered Tuesday morning, couldn’t fault it but did worry as no confirmation email of order, delivery just turned up!

Thermometer arrived very quickly; item is exactly as in picture, other suppliers are £10+ dearer so this was an excellent buy. The ear thermometer is very easy to use and very quick; it is accurate gauged against hospital check.
