Bought a Wahl cordless shaver, battery never great but died within 7 months. Contacted buysbest and told battery warranty only 6 months. Rubbish! Update I have since had the shaver looked at and it appears to have a faulty on/off switch. I advised Buysbest of this by email only to have the email rejected saying their inbox was full! Rubbish service,

Bought a Russell Hobbs toaster but it did not toast to my required "well done" dark brown level. When I approached the supplier, BuysBest, for a return they at first refused. and finally said they would accept a return but only when I mentioned my legal training and possible County Court action. Not at all what you would want from a professional retailer - and outside my own consumer rights of course. Suggest you give the supplier a wide berth.

I purchased this toothbrush a couple of days ago whilst on holiday thinking it would take a few days to be delivered. But was delighted that two days later when arriving home, it was waiting for me, speedy postage. I used it this am for the first time, and it is by far the most powerful clean I have experienced (and I have had a lot of electric tooth brushes over the years). It has a choice of brush heads and a useful travel case. Real good value for money, thoroughly recommend.
