These people take your money and don’t send the goods out. I placed an order 10 days ago and it hasn’t been dispatched yet. I’ve emailed twice but get no response. What an ignorant, incompetent set of people. I think this company has turned its name round and the original name has unbelievably bad reviews. If you want to receive your goods order from a more reputable company The item in question was a Brita flow water dispenser.

Paid, on Sunday morning, for "Same day/ Next day" delivery, but am still waiting at 14:15 on the Wednesday

Excellent product but was slow to arrive and Evri didn't bother to even ring the bell or knock. Just dumped it by the door with heavy rain forecast.

Found the cordless Hoover I wanted from this independent company for an extremely good price-a lot lower than other known outlets. Was impressed that delivery was free and came next day. The product itself was what was advertised and is great!

I needed my package for an upcoming event and it arrived 3 day after. My delivery date was changed from the date stated when purchased without my consent or knowledge.

This is the second time i have been asked to write review and I still haven't received the package!! The package has arrived, but the case (childs teaset in plastic case) is cracked and would be a danger to a small child. The case was well packaged, which might suggest that the case was faulty before it was packaged and posted to me :( :( :(
