I ordered a children's toy on September 5th and paid next day delivery to ensure it would arrive in plenty of time for my nephews 3rd birthday party on the 10th. It’s now the 12th and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve contacted ‘Buys Best’ and they’ve offered me a refund for the next day delivery which I still haven’t received and had to attend the party without the gift. Very disappointed. I won’t be using this company again.

The following day still no confirmation of my order. So I rang you and you were brilliant and sorted the problem ,it took a little while but I stayed on the phone until eventually the email with all the details of my order came through.
