I tried to buy some commercial gym equipment from Toolots and I had a very bad experience. First they forgot to ship my order so it ended up being shipped out a week late. Then they accidentally tried to ship it using a truck that's lift gate is too small to deliver it to our business address. Now they want me to pay $433 to have it shipped with a new carrier. I explained that since I paid for shipping and it was their mistake that we would not pay for the additional shipping cost. They told me I could return the item (paying over $1,000 in shipping costs) and that I would be charged a 20% restocking fee. It's gotten to the point that we are going to be taking legal action. I would strongly recommend going with a different company, these people are dishonest.

I had a very good experience with Toolots. Communication was good and the staff member I spoke with was very professional and polite. The only down fall I experienced was my first 2 choices were out of stock and I couldn't be told when they would possibly have more in.

Ordered part second day air , Paid for part . To this date still has not shipped . I've emailed and called . They see in the system but are no help. Have emailed multiple time and to date still cant get anything more then automated response. To date my second day part should of been here 8 days ago . I cant get a tracking , don't know if its on the way or back ordered. Either way more info should have been present when I ordered. Shouldn't have option for faster shipping if you guys have no clue . Next time I will never buy anything from yall regardless of price . the part I ordered was over $200 bucks so it wasn't like it was a deal to begin with .
