This is a follow-up to a previous rating. We ordered a blender from Toolots that quickly failed. Toolots would not replace the blender quickly which caused delays in a very important project. However, Toolots did eventually follow through with a full refund after the defective equipment was return which is why I have re-rated them higher. This could have been a better experience if Toolots had quickly replaced the blender while we returned the defective unit. We ended up purchasing another blender from a different supplier because we had to move quickly and at that point we were not sure Toolots was trust worthy. To their credit, Toolots did follow through with the refund.

mi nombre es Ruben , yo les compre un horno doble el dia 25 de abril del 2022 , antes de los 3 meses uno de los motores se daño , llame por que tenia garantias , despues de pelear y pelear y mandarles videos , fotos , e mails durantes 1 año y 4 meses ( tengo pruebas ) me mandaron un motor para el horno cosa que igual ahora tube que pagar a un tecnico especializado para que lo coloque , simplemente no se lo recomiendo a nadie , cuando necesiten herramientas o maquinas busquen en sus zonas , veanlas y esten en persona , (ojo) esta reseña es para la empresa ( tools ) , la empresa CLICKLEASE LLC QUE ES QUIEN ME FINANCIO NO TIENE NADA QUE VER Y SE HAN PORTADO MUY BIEN Y ME HAN AYUDADO

After I paced my order, I did not receive a confirmation email or shipping info. I had to call customer service and ask for it., I'm pretty sure it must have been a glitch. The customer service agent Christine Dy was very courteous and helped me with my inquiry.

Customer service was a nightmare…
Received an item from them incredibly damaged, yet the shipping package wasn’t damaged at all, so must have happened at their warehouse. We went back and forth with them for a month, including sending pictures, even videos of the damage in order to convince them to send us a replacement. They even tried to offer us a discount to buy parts from them to fix the item ourselves. Just ridiculous. We finally pushed back enough times that they agreed to send us a new replacement. Then they put their own address wrong on the return label they provided us, so the damaged item we were returning got stuck with FedEx for a few extra days until that got sorted out. This whole experience was a complete nightmare. Won’t order anything from them again.

The web site is not well organized
The web site is not well organized, the parts I was looking at were all mixed sizes instead of being organized by size. I was looking at ER collets and the sizes were all mixed. Once I was able to find what I was looking for and put them in my cart, the rest was very easy and payment system was slick and easy. Down side is there seems to be a problem getting my purchase out the door. A label was created but nothing has showed after 2 days that anything has left the warehouse. It would be nice to know my stuff is on its way and when it might be delivered.
