I've ordered over a week ago and still no answer on when my order will arrive. third party or not its nice to track orders.

Placed an order for an auto lift. Money was pulled from account. Never received so much as an order confirmation. I called 5 times trying to get some kind of update or confirmation about my order. Representatives only ever told me “this has been escalated” and “there is no eta”. In the process of trying to get my money back now. Horrible

Received packages on time look to be good quality price was great.

There prices seem low until you get to the shipping cost… $275.00 for a couple pounds of fastners

I ordered a pallet jack and it got screwed up with shipping...there customer hold music makes a person very depressed.... nobody seems to know what's going on but at the end of the month I got my pallet jack
