I have not seen my order yet

BUYER BEWARE! This merchant is not upfront and clear about their refund processing policy and timeframe they “need to process” a refund. I canceled my order on the day I placed it and three days later I get an email saying it’ll be approx 1 month before I can get a refund for the $ Why you gotta hold $ for a month? Prob not going to order again in the future with this company, too many other choices.

Like the machine works great would of been nice if came with directions on how to put it together took me awhile but I figured it out dilvery was fast people I spoke with were great and helpful would not have any problem telling people to deal with company

Stay far away from this company!! I sent back an embroidery machines as we had issues with it from the start. i was to have my return by 8/30/23 on payment, which it is now 10/3/23 and I haven't seen anything. I have been calling since 9/12 and I constantly get, "they are waiting on a response from accounting" which clearly they're not doing anything. I have asked to email accounting directly or a number to talk to them but they wont give it up. Legal action is the only step to get through with this company apparently.

I never received my order and I have not heard from Toolots when I have tried to contact them.

Electric Scooter arrived and will NOT take a charge. Tried for 2 days and battery will not charge. Cannot drive at all. Thank you for your response. I called technical support and the ONLY resolution is to return the Scooter which I have waited 2 weeks for. This is VERY INCONVENIENT!
