The refer arrived in a damaged shipping box. The rear of the refer was dented quiet severely. I contacted Toolots and they were not helpful. They asked me to send pictures which I did. Then they asked me to send a video of the problem. They also stated that it was made by a Chinese company and it would take a few weeks to get a response from them on the warranty. Inadequate response. So far the refer seems to be working OK but my concern is the impact the dent may have to the inner workings of the refer. Even a small discount due to damage would be nice. I would not recommend buying anything from Toolots.

I got a laser from them..Instructions are terrible...I first contacted them and they provide no customer service...they basically say you need to talk to the manufacturer... you wait to hear from manufacturer and sometimes you hear back but sometimes you dont...it also takes days and with an expensive purchase you think you would get better results....I had to get a technician because the process was long and drawn out but needed the laser working...tech said worst aligned laser he had ever seen....says lightburn in the title but they dont actually offer it..depending on who you talk to they say it does come with it and others say it doesnt....didn't come with lens remover tool even though it said it came with it...no support from them...they just tell you to talk to the manufacturer...why go through toolots if they can't provide any service...they have responded with invalid information... There is no additional correspondence and of course toolots didn't read the full message as anybody can see by their response.... Still not satisfied

DO NOT BUY FROM TOOLOTS!!! If there was a zero star rating, I would have selected it. Their icemakers are garbage. First one we received was DOA. They eventually sent a replacement which ran for just over a year. Good thing I purchased the Extended Warranty, right? WRONG! They replaced it right away under the extended warranty and THAT one is DOA. This goes back to July 5, 2023. They asked for pictures. I send pictures promptly. No response, just silence. 3 weeks later they ask me for the order number. I was not given an order number because the order was place to them by the Extended Warranty company. They could have looked up the order number themselves. Silence. Two weeks later they ask me if I followed the troubleshoot in the manual. The fault we are experiencing is not mentioned in the manual. Then they asked me to send a video of the failure. I sent it and they fall into silence again. Cannot reach them by telephone, only e-mail. Today is August 24, 2023 - 7 weeks later - and still no resolution!
