I have been trying to get my machine fixed VM32l for months. I get no help from toolots.They keep telling me the same thing every weekwill let Weiss know and nothing happens.I had to junp through hoops to get them a viedo.No one in the toolots company will talk to me.No one will give the phone number of Weiss so I can talk to them.The machine is apiece of junk nothing is paraller or perpendicular to eachother.The Zaxis is .005 in 1.5 inches.The spindle is not parallel to the Z axis.The bed is not perpendicular to the Z axis.I don't know how good the machine cuts because the spindle doesn't work.I would not recomend Toolots or Weiss machines to anybody.

I canceled an order, & received confirmation that day. The next day received an email informing me that the refund was "scheduled" to be processed in TWO MONTHS. Repeated calls yielded no results, just incoherent illogical pat replies, or I would simply get hung up on. Please notice the companies pat responses to others complaints. They seem un affected by consumers dissatisfaction. And unmotivated to do anything address it. I would avoid doing business with this company at all costs.

The scooter I received is NOT what I paid for. I paid for a "3000w 60v 20ah" motor and battery, and my motor is NOT 3000w. Also, the plastic floor cover that goes over the battery is extremely cheap and bends easily when I place my feat on it (and I only weigh 168lbs). It also has a big gap that a little rain water would easily seep through and damage the completely unprotected battery underneath....which is made to stick to the floor inside the compartment...with 2 VELCRO strips!? The speedometer display is completely wrong, usually being off by nearly 15mph. I checked my top speed while riding with multiple third party speedometer apps, all show that the speedometer for this scooter is just blatantly inaccurate. Also it's in kmph and ZERO information came with this scooter to tell you how to change it to mph or even remove the restriction on the speed. I have a 2000w venom motorsports bike that weighs over 100lbs (275lb) heavier than this one (142lb) yet still manages to go nearly 7 mph faster than what I bought from Toolots. Completely unacceptable from Toolots 🤦‍♂️ I GOT SCAMMED! I DEMAND A REFUND, AND I WANT TO WARN ANY OTHER PERSON THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM TOOLOTS TO HOLD OFF ON MAKING A PURCHASE!!
