Sold me a lawnmower that was supposed to have electric start, but it did not have electric start when it was delivered and the delivery took way longer than they said it would
Ordered and paid for an ice machine…
Ordered and paid for an ice machine that was to be delivered this week but was notified early this morning that it was out of stock. How can you order and pay for an item that is out of stock? The transaction should have been stopped before i was able to submit the credit card. Availability of items needs to be synched with checkout cart process.

Why do they keep asking me to rate the product, when it is taking forever to arrive? I don't have the product. I don't know WHEN i'll have it. They might get better ratings perhaps if they improve their shipping time, and communications while it is taking forever, and if they wait till the product is in the customer's hands. I just need them off my back for now about asking me to rate it, dammit! ha. Hope this thing comes soon.

After phone calls, email and pictures. Your confirmation email said shipping was FedEx with tracking number, but the delivery was from USPS! Really sad you don't believe your customer when they tell you, you didn't send what we ordered!!!
