TOOLOTS SAID IT WOULD TAKE 5 WEEKS TO REFUND MY CREDIT CARD FOR MY CANCELED $500+ ORDER. REFUNDS ARE ELECTRONIC, WHY 5 WEEKS?? THEY DON'T REPLY TO MY EMAILS, I AM AFRAID THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM.

I bought mini ex and was delivered wrong color .Delivery guy would not take it back, says they have to do a return and would come Back later date but nothing has happened.. no calls or emails. Crickets…. I’ve called and emailed toollots 6-8 times and the sales people that answer the phone say there is no manager that I can help me And they say they will relay the information but NOONE calls Or emails to correct my order. Please either pick up and correct my order or some Frail Attempt to “fix this”..
