No order updates, no support of any kind.

Submitted an order a few weeks ago. No updates. Tried calling their toll-free number, doesn't work. Emailed no response. Online chat, no response. But yet they never forget to send me an email to review my experience. SO HERE IT IS.

I have not yet installed ( next weeks list). But from value , quick service and shipping w/ looming ups yellow freight strike actions I was very surprised it got here so quick damage free and looks to be a high quality item that fits the previous refeer (domtic) location and 3 power sources is fantastic. Value ,customer service and quality appears be a great team. 👍 1992 e250 -class c full rv on way to a big bad Overlander ?. See ya in the woods..

HORRIBLE COMPANY AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They are HORRIBLE with their customer service and responding. They charged my credit card for 2 autoclave purchases when I only had 1 ordered, I had to call and cancel the other one and they made it a whole separate order. After 8 uses of my autoclave, it began malfunctioning. I purchased a warranty through EXTEND, which began in January of 2023, however there was a manufacturer warranty included and it trumped out my EXTEND. I attempted multiple forms of communication to Toolots to get my autoclave repaired, was given a complete runaround, and never received help or repairs from them.

Your machine was packaged very poorly…

Your machine was packaged very poorly and broke in transit and now I’m getting no response on a shipping label for a return and no one will tell me about a replacement. I need this ASAP. I just want my product I have put out the thousands of dollars and have a broken machine sitting here.

I have yet to receive my order from…

I have yet to receive my order from Toolots placed on 7/4. I have made at least 6 phone calls to resolve and get a refund. The frieght company they used does not have a small truck to deliver to me??? That's according to the freight company. Toolots customer service, which is a joke, has told me every time they need to escalate the call to logistics. I have yet to hear from them. It's now 7/28. I would not purchase from this company. I'm reporting them to PayPal, my credit card company, and fraud protection. Please read the reviews on Google. There are several complaints like mine.

Difficult to pay by credit card

Difficult to pay by credit card, but to be clear it’s unreal…after after all attempts I made wire transfer with fee $25 for bank and after3 days I got confirmation about my order…the worst shop, the worst service!
