I arrived early, had to go for a walk and come back as they weren’t ready. Dropped my dog off and added teeth gel and mouthwash and a blueberry facial. When I collected my dog, their moth didn’t smell any different and teeth didn’t look as if they had been cleaned or had any gel on them. They also hadn’t been dried fully. I paid for a full groom and added the extras, I’d expect them to be done.

I love this groom room Max has been going since he was a pup he’s now nearly nine and a half. He knows the difference between the groom room and the vets. With the groom room you hear him coming he gets so excited bless the whole shop knows he’s arrived and he loves it. Vets hides between my legs and I have to sort of bribe him to come out.

Salford Regent Retail Park Groom room After months trying to book my puppy for a hair cut (online booking doesn't work and staff rarely picks up the calls) I finally managed. And at the end I was completely shocked with what they did to my puppy. My puppy hair cut looks awful, he looks like an old dog. My puppy is a Yorkshire Terrier, so has long hair, it takes a very good professional to do the cut as it should. They have cut most of the hair on his face and muzzle, he looks like a little ghost. It is sad that a company like the Groom Room doesn't have good professionals to cut different hair styles3

I would never take my dog to the groom room in Urmston again . The staff do not know what they are doing and cannot deal with 6 month old dogs that are anxious even though he had been there twice before for a puppy groom. At 6 months old he needed a full groom and they could not deal with 6 month old cavapoo, they stopped the groom and charged me £28 for a wash that I could have done . They were also rude to me and my daughter in law when she want complain

Very friendly staff. Bear, our large dog, seemed to love her pamper session and the team. She looked fabulous and as she has a double coat, it's no easy task. She was fluffy and beautifully trimmed. Thanks Wellingborough team. Sam & Cherie.

I can't praise the groom room Reedswood Walsall enough, my dog is a rescue and quite nervous, Julie was very understanding and was great with my girl, she was bathed,blowdryed, brushed and deshedded, the results were amazing, will definitely be taking her back to see Julie again

The ladies are very nice. My dog is fearful of the groomers. I find £55 for a no extras groom for a cockapoo expensive . My dog is groomed every 6 weeks. I'm afraid I can't afford these prices on a regular basis 😕 .
