Fantastic as alway. Lola came out looking fluffy and gorgeous. She smells lovely. The staff are always welcoming and check our preferences for our Pom. Highly recommend the team’s expert care for the pups and style on the cuts.

My dog Sammy is a Cavapoo and he hadn’t had a professional groom since he was a little pup, he is 3 now. I have been grooming him myself. He is not the most patient doggy, he moves a lot when you are trying to groom him, I used to have to dash in and out to clip him and his coat is so thick he is like a sheep and has already broken one set of my clippers. Trinity at The Groom Room did a fantastic job. So much better than what I had been able to do! And it didn’t take 2 days of 3 hours shifts! I used to have to clip him in sections: Legs first then body. Face a session all to itself! lol! This will be a regular visit now. He was bathed, clipped and blow dried well within 2 hours. And no stress to me! And no bribery needed either!
