Staff were very friendly and took care of the doggo whilst she had a spa day. Doggo doesn’t normally like washes but she came back wagging her tail and ready for action.

Great cut and excellent customer service

It may have been good if it actually happened but appointment was cancelled 2 hours before it was due to happen. I always book in advance whilst I’m paying for the groom she had so that appointment was made 9 weeks ago. Cancellation text said I would get a call that afternoon or the next morning. No call received. I have just phoned them & no appointments for the foreseeable future. Where is the customer care?

Took my dog here for a full groom. The staff were very friendly and took great care of my dog. He’s a little anxious at times and they did a really good job at comforting him and keeping him calm. They even managed to clip some claws that had curved round that the previously groomers missed. Will definitely be back again.

Fab girls who my dog loves. They are really friendly, helpful and kind. My dog hated previous groomers but loves visiting The Groom Room, Reedswood, Walsall.

Perfect as usual! The team in store do really well with our cockapoo, Cookie, and she always comes out smelling and looking gorgeous! We occasionally make changes to how short/long we want coat, face, ears etc, and the team are so attentive and listen to our requests. 5* team thank you so much!

First ever visit with my two dogs. Was greeted by Siobhan in a lovely, friendly and professional manner. She talked me through everything - I was clearly nervous with it being the first visit there. I was delighted to see the outstanding groom my dogs have received by Siobhan. Have already booked their next groom with this young lady. Siobhan is a credit to the Groom Room!
