Happy to recommend - easy to use website, clear prices. Very fast responses from the Customer Service team. Had an issue with 3 crates not being available at the time of the collection (our fault) and was only charged for another collection and not another week's hire.

Second time I have used this company and will do so again in future. Excellent service. Only reason for not give full five stars as the only contact number is an 0870 number and that you can't return the crates on the weekend. Other than that, I would fully recommend!

Just want to say how helpful Dawn at the Wenlock Road office was in organising my recent CrateHire UK rental. From my initial order to pick up it was great service all round.

We have used Crate Hire UK on two occasions recently for our office move both times the crates has been delivered and collected as booked, the website is simple to use & the staff are polite & courteous.

The initial ordering was smooth and the website very easy to navigate. I contacted customer services with questions and they responded immediately with the answers and even offered me a discount on the order. All communication with regards to the drop off and pick up was excellent and the drivers were polite. The service from start to finish has been a delight and was one thing less to get stressed about during a office reshuffle. Thanks guys and are all a credit !!!!
