Everything was a bit last minute but we were talked through things and Ben held our hands whilst making sure that what we needed happened. We have done the move in 2 stages and I have no hesitation in using them for stage 2. We just recently used Crate Hire for our move instead of having to deal with a bunch of cardboard boxes. It made our move much easier and quicker as we didn't have to worry as much about weight or taping up boxes. Overall the experience was good and went smoothly. The only thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the lack of help getting the crates into my flat when they were delivered. Also found it quite odd that the delivery man chose my rating for me on his device before I had to sign.

This is the second time I've used Crate Hire UK. First for an office move and this time for a personal move. Great service and prompt delivery, good customer communications and competitive prices. Keep an eye out for the delivery charge, it is often the same as the rental price.

I would recommend this crate hire company to anyone. They were efficient, nothing was too much trouble and the crates were delivered and collected on time.
