Initial enquiry was supported by a very knowledgeable chap on the online chat service and the final order process was straightforward. Crates were delivered on time and order was exactly as requested. All the kit was in good condition and stood up to the bashing that an office move produces. The crates were delivered into one of the rooms of my house on the agreed date. I had to extend for an extra week, but this caused no problem. Pick-up was equally efficient.
