I am currently going through sell process. They are somewhat slow. I was onboarded on 26 June and I provided all documents within a day. I got first email from the legal assistant on 18 July. Then another 3 weeks and I have not got any further update. My estate agent is also frustrated because getting them on call is impossible. We email them but we don’t get response back for days. Will update this review further based progress.

Started my first flat purchase with them in January, the communication was extremely poor, solicitor unresponsive, constantly misspelling my name, I had to chase them several times just to get a vague answer without any meaning. Late April they changed my solicitor without informing me, which was a little bit better with the response time but again vague answers. When the new solicitor finally after 4 months sent me reports they were all dated in February. Throughout the process they have been lying they have not received documents when the other party has sent proofs that all been received by my solicitors. As a first time buyer I had lots of questions as you would with new experience - none of these were answered, I had to turn to Google to find answers myself. After multiple chasers and complaints to my broker who has recommended them things started slowly moving and just before my mortgage offer expired I was able to complete in July. What was meant to be a smooth, uncomplicated process turned into horrible, stressful and sleepless 7 months.

The slowest company for house transfer, giving me a horrible experience as a first time buyer. Also quote at the end was much more expensive than original quote.
