5/6 weeks in from instruction to do…

5/6 weeks in from instruction to do conveyance. Nothing at all done and lost our paperwork. Staff (all 1 of them ) was polite enough. Asked for a refund they kept 10% of my money. The intro company ( Conveyancing Index ) took £150 deposit and refuse refund!! These people are cheap for a reason , avoid them!!! Clearly something has gone wrong recently as they do have excellent reviews until the last month or so.

Very happy - thanks Anita

Anita Birdi helped us by our property in a timely and efficient manner. Email communication was always quick and when we called we would regularly get through to speak on the phone too. We even had to bring our deadline forward and she calmly made it all happen. This isn’t my first purchase and the mistakes I’ve made previously are not being proactive with everyone involved in the purchase process. I’ve had an awful experience with conveyancers before. So with My Law Matters I made sure we were in regular contact via phone and email in hopes that we didn’t get lost in the pile and that we could be on top of everything we needed to do on our part. The process took around 3 months from start to finish with some delays on our sellers side and none on ours. Thanks Anita for all of your help.

The worse company anyone can be with…is awful.

The worse company anyone can be with they up and moved and never let my parents know who are elderly. Then when contacted they lost at the paperwork. My parents were beside themselves they also put phones down on clients service is shocking please be careful not to have these solicitors acting for you. Incompetence.

I entrusted the purchase of a property…

I entrusted the purchase of a property with my law, but after a month and long waits to speak to some one on the phone as they have not relied to emails. They tell me the case has not even been picked up to be delt with,. this after they took pre payment for searches, that they said when i rang sorry we have staff off sick , and you dont need seaches as your a cash buyer do you . We yes i do and you took payment for these up front a month later nothing has been done

Fly delay case

One of the worst company! Please read review before dealing with!After reading all reviews about this company, I decided to cancel the case. Unfortunately they are still working on it, while case was closed. Then received the money from my opponent and hold the money about a month with no sending the money back. I need to call them every day and they have no any information about what's going on. Representative promised to send all information by email or phone and they get back to me. Unfortunately... I'm still waiting for the response.

Disappointing

Our experience with My Law Matters was disappointing and less than we hoped for at what was a particularly difficult time for us. Client focus needs to improve along with better communication. We felt that maybe staffing is an issue as our case was passed between three legal executives with very little in the way of updates. We shall not be using this firm in future.

Calming solicitor for my house sale!

I had the pleasure of having my case file assigned to Sonia, who dealt with the sale of my property. As stressful as it can be, especially at times with the buyers solicitors and estate agents, Sonia remained calm and collected which in turn gave me immense confidence in her ability to act on my behalf. I've enjoyed her being my case handler so much that I've asked for her to be assigned to handle my new purchase as well.
