What a disaster, waste of space and useless firm

What a disaster firm, I never experience such delay slow incompetent in their communication, jobs. Unfortunately after 9 days only at stage of they sent the welcome documents despite I already uploaded the requested filled documents. Yesterday after 20 minutes waiting on the phone spoken to the company demanding the name of solicitor dealing with my case, I was told not until they receive the draft contract and was given the impression they going ahead. Today seller contacted me to say no one spoken to his solicitor and I was told might have chosen cheap solicitor, I called today to find out that no one yet spoken to the seller solicitor and was told something different this time, I was asked this will happen when you upload the mortgage offer. I was super angry as no one asked for it and no one said a word this needed to get case moving. I will update this tomorrow when I chase what the lady promised today that the draft contract will be requested tomorrow, and hope they clever enough they submit the search early rather than too late will see and find out

Unprofessional, rude, slow, incompetent

Unprofessional, unreliable, ignorant incompetent, rude, slow AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst experience ever and I'm from third third-party side. My solicitor has found it unbelievably difficult to deal with. They ignore emails for weeks on end. This is the Wolverhampton office it's taken 5 months for us to get anywhere and we still have no completion date. The staff are rude, unpolite and they get very bolshie when they get a complaint I had to send complaint to the ceo to get anywhere Honestly run for the hils you will be nothing but stressed using this absolutely incompetent solicitors To the reply you have wrote I did go through the complaints procedure. I was told as I was from a third party I wasn't allowed to complain. I have every right to complain when we're about to loose a very large deposit On a holiday home due to your incompetent case handlers that are supposedly dealing with the sale for our buyer. Instead of trying to sort a resolution my complaint was not dealt with. I have however emailed ricki mehry your ceo. My solicitor has also stressed we want a completion date next week or we will be going to the ombudsman

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs! Work incredibly slow, poor communication and very rude. You have been warned! Go elsewhere. Read all previous reviews.. a lot of unhappy customers!
