Absolutely horrendous service and communication. We purchased a new build property with no chain, yet the process took just about 7 months to complete and really, only completed when we did because I had phoned them every day and was 2 weeks away from going into labour. We went weeks without any communication or confirmation that work was being done. When we were given notice that we could exchange, we found out that MLM hadn't even started the searches and the move was delayed by weeks. We received no communication the week we were expected to exchange; I had to ring the office relentlessly and speak to another solicitor about our file because mine had gone on annual leave without notifying me - the week we were due to complete! We got confirmation that we were exchanging and completing the day before it happened and had to scramble to arrange moving services for that weekend. We were asked multiple times for documents we had already submitted multiple times to them and we were even sent 1/2 of someone else's contract pack by mistake! Overall horrendous experience and will never use this company again.
