ABSOLUTELY USELESS, I was attempting to set up a trust will as my son who has autism was referred to these people by Assist Law who manages my will and are extremely professional and needed a more bespoke service really! They drafted a will but never received this chased found out the useless person dealing had left moved on to another rude person who just didn't want to speak to me this was after chasing up on this eventually get the will it doesn't even mention my son's name!!!!!! You want me to do business with these people nothing more than a glorified call center keep clear.

Generally good experience but a little slow. Very straight forward sale and purchase took over 12 weeks. But we got there, and they seem to have done a good job.

It was not a good experience for me and my sister. They were rude and unkind over the phone over the phone on multiple experiences and we had to constantly chase them for any documents.

Regretfully, I find myself obliged to voice my deep dissatisfaction with my recent dealings with My Law Matters for my property conveyancing requirements. My experience was marked by a striking lack of transparency and inadequate communication. My journey began with My Law Matters presenting a detailed quote which explicitly itemized both the legal fees and disbursements. However, to my surprise and dismay, the final invoice from My Law Matters exceeded the initial quote by over £1000. While the invoice was itemized, it did not clearly distinguish between fees and disbursements, resulting in further ambiguity. What exacerbated this situation was the violation of the promises given in the Client Care Letter. The letter stated unequivocally that I would be notified of any changes in the cost estimate, complete with a detailed explanation for such changes. Unfortunately, I received no such prior notification before being hit with the significantly higher final invoice. This severe departure from the commitments made by My Law Matters has left me feeling misled and disenchanted. Adding insult to injury, this unexpected financial surprise was sprung upon me a mere week before the scheduled completion. This offered me minimal time to rectify the situation in a satisfactory manner. The sudden and substantial financial change at such a late stage is wholly unacceptable and has introduced unnecessary stress into an already intricate process. I would strongly urge potential clients to think twice before engaging My Law Matters for their conveyancing needs. As much as it saddens me to say it, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend My Law Matters as a trustworthy or reliable conveyancing firm. Rating: 1/5 stars

NOT YOUR AVERAGE SOLICITOR. I’ve just sold my first house & found Julie Keates at My Law Matters. From her 1st email she made me feel at ease. It’s been a long one & I’ve had the odd meltdown but a chat with Julie put my mind at ease again. The company as a whole have been very prompt in answering enquiries etc from me. There’s been several minor issues with a name change & a social housing clause to remove along with the same,’in some cases ridiculous questions from the buyers. Julie has dealt with them swiftly at her end & chased 2 other solicitors when they’ve been non forthcoming. Almost at the end and have received nothing but a professional service.
