Had an opening conversation with Aja, explaining the process and services they will proved with a Right To Buy. She was very helpful and spoke in plain English not Legal Jargon so clear and simple. The only downside was there was a lot of back ground office noise which made it hard to hear sometimes.

We have just completed our house purchase and used my law matters. Honestly I found they were so on the ball, as soon as there was an action on our side it was done so fast. Alice Barrett was the solicitor handling our case and if I could rater her higher than 5* I would. We had a very tight strict deadline to complete on and she pushed everyone to get it done in the nick of time. I think if we had a different solicitor we may not have had the positive outcome that we had. She was AMAZING!! Took all of my frustration and stress in her stride and remained reassuring and calm throughout and it really helped, we weren't even in the country when we completed and she simply handled everything for us, even down to chasing other solicitors on our sale side. Sorry for putting you through the stress but you were great!

Just completed on my first house purchase. My case was assigned to Sam Mills & Anita Birdi, and I must say that they were extremely good. All my queries were replied to pretty much instantly and all the answers were clear. They kept me updated throughout the whole process etc. Really can't thank them enough for all their hard work and effort in helping me to purchase the house as quickly as possible. Took around 4 months from the initial instruction, but there were quite a few enquiries which had to be made with the seller which made it take this long. But this is still quicker than I had expected. Highly recommended.

My experience so far with this company has been nothing short of poor. I chose them because of their online offering which would make our life easier. The portal does not always work which left me having to fill in a document twice. I then had to fill in a whole host of other documents by email and get them printed and rescanned, which meant I had to find somewhere with those facilities. I emailed them over to get an email saying the documents were blank so had to email them all again. I then got an email saying all received and would be uploaded to their online portal. When I reviewed the portal a few days later they were not there and searches had still not been requested. I called up to ask why and was told we hadn't signed any documentation yet. I explained that I had communications with Sophgia and she had confirmed they were there but the lady insisted they werent and could I send them again. I refused and said they neded to find them, particularly as many of them contained personal data. I left it with them and later received a call to say they had received them after all. I was then asked to send over bank statements and when I asked why no one could explain why except to say for money laundering. I explained they had already had everything they had requested for that and could they explain why they needed yet more documentation and I was told my the lady I spoke to I dont know you need to ask your lawyer. I asked to speak t my lawyer to be told one had not yet been allocated and I could message them when they were. I did message and got no reply so chased to receive what I can only describe as a rude response. Frankly if I hadn't paid for my searches which have now been requested i would be taking my business elsewhere. If you have a choice dont use this Company.
