Our house purchase fell through very early on due to issues on a home buyers report. So this solicitors actually did very little if not nothing in the process so they said they would refund the money we’d already paid. 10 weeks later after many unanswered emails. Lies on the telephone from them saying it’s being done today. We were waiting for your bank details. We are waiting for searches to refund us, And many more rubbish excuses we still haven't got our money back. We’ve contacted head office and heard nothing back. Our next step now is the solicitors ombudsman! I would not recommended even before all of this we waited 2 weeks just for an email reply off our assigned case handler. Another phone call this morning and get told again we’ll call you back but they never do! AVOID AVOID AVOID. I will be writing this review on every review page about this company I can find!

My experience with this company was nothing short of excellent. In particular a lovely woman named Anjeela who handled my case, who was extremely attentive in all aspects of my home purchase from start to finish, and was great at communicating making sure I was updated with the process and everything was dealt with on time. I would definitely recommend Anjeela and also My Law Matters for anyone requiring legal support. 5 star service

I cannot stress how frustrating it is to contact anyone from this firm. I’m not sure if they are even still trading? No one answers the phones or replies to emails. I’d find another solicitors if you can.

From start to completion Ranjit at my law matters has been amazing. He has spoken to our estates agents, mortgage broker and myself all the way through our first house purchase. Dont think I could recommend anyone more! Alice was fantastic! First time buyers, so nervous. She made us feel so at ease and really instilled confidence in us. Kept us up-to date with each and every single stage, explained everything in detail with each question we had to ask. Getting on the property ladder is difficult but feel like we’ve had the very best of help and someone really in our corner backing us. Cant thank you enough. Would recommend you over and over again!
